About the CSI First Tee Character Development Program

Community Service is proud to partner with The First Tee to offer a healthy and positive youth development program to Western Central Arkansas. The First Tee is a youth development organization that enables kids to build the strength of character that empowers them through a lifetime of new challenges. By seamlessly integrating the game of golf with a life skills curriculum, we create active learning experiences that build inner strength, self-confidence, and resilience that kids can carry to everything they do. We’re Building Game Changers!

At the CSI First Tee Character Development Program, We’re Building Game Changers by empowering kids and teens to be the best version of themselves.

Our trained coaches not only provide an introduction to junior golf and an opportunity to enhance golf skills, but they also create a safe, supportive, and empowering environment to help your child prepare for life ahead, including friendships, school, college and even their careers.

Through our program, kids will learn skills that stay with them for life:

· Understanding and managing emotions

· Resolving conflicts

· Setting up step-by-step goals

· Planning for the future

· Appreciating diversity

· Golf fundamentals and advanced techniques
